DEPOSIT AMOUNT: $ 58,326.24

Housing and Urban Development TERMS: Cashier's or certified check in the sum of $58,326.24 as a deposit must be submitted at the time and place of sale in order to qualify as a bidder.  No cash.  The Secretary’s opening bid will be approximately $583,262.36.  Cashier or certified check should be made out to whomever is going to bid at the auction. The remainder of the purchase price must be delivered within 30 days of the sale.  This amount, like the bid deposit, must be delivered in the form of certified or cashier’s check.  The successful bidder will pay all conveying fees, all real estate and other taxes that are due on or after the delivery date of the remainder of the payment and all other costs associated with the transfer of title.
